Sipsteria is a thoughtfully curated space that brings together two unique experiences under one name. Currently with two locations—Sipsteria Morningside and Sipsteria UWS—we offer something special for every time of day and every kind of guest.

At Sipsteria Morningside, we begin the day as a welcoming espresso bar serving specialty coffee and fresh pastries. As the sun sets, the space transforms into a cozy and intimate wine bar, featuring a curated list of natural, organic, and low-intervention wines, paired with small plates and warm hospitality. This location also hosts our weekly Jazz Nights, where we showcase local talent in an atmosphere full of rhythm, conversation, and connection.

Our second location, Sipsteria UWS, offers a fuller dining experience in a larger setting. Here, guests can enjoy our signature wines alongside a vibrant menu of Georgian-inspired dishes, seasonal small plates, and weekend brunch—crafted to reflect both comfort and creativity.
