SKINS

(United States, California Field Recordings) Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented on skins for 23 to 46 days before pressing to neutral barrels. Aged 4 months in neutral French oak. Blended, filtered, bottled with a small addition of sulfur. This wine offers luscious notes of ripe apricot and vibrant Haitian orange, balanced by a delicate touch of marzipan for a rich yet refreshing finish

EL SOCI

(Spain, Catalonia, Bodega Clandestina) The winemaker Ferrán Lacruz chose the Macabeo grape variety and focused on showcasing the acidity that makes you long more of the wine after each sip, but also balancing it with 2nd later pick for phenolic ripeness and intensity of flavors. LANDWEIN WHITE CUVÉE

(Germany, Frankfurt, Andi Weigand) Bacchus, Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau, and Scheurebe grapes pear with a textured and vibrant palate packed with honeysuckle and guava. Winemaker follows the same process for each of his whites: grapes initially go through his 100-year-old direct press. Juice is then transferred to wooden barrels for nine months or so before bottling. The wines are fresh, reviving and clean with a touch of smoke, tropical fruit and citrus

LA SAUVIGNONNE

MORAVA HEDONISTA

(Czech Republic, Moravia, Milan Nestarec) Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, Neuburger grapes are hand-harvested and sorted by hand. Left to macerate on the skins in open vats for three days. Spontaneous fermentation, followed by slow and gentle pneumatic press. Aged in 3000L Gamba barrel, Solera of 2021-2023 vintages. Unfined, unfiltered, 5mg S02 added at bottling. Bottled in March 2024

LA PINOT NOIR

(France, Languedoc-Roussillon, Coujan) Lapinot is made from 100% organically farmed Pinot noir grapes grown on clay and limestone soils with pebbles, harvested from estate-owned vines planted in 1990. The wine is gently destemmed and crushed, with short maceration and spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by spring bottling with minimal sulfur. ZWEIGELT

(Austria, Niederösterreich, Christina) Zweigelt grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed to stainless steel tanks. The spontaneous fermentation is slow due to the cool temperatures in the old cellar. Malolactic fermentation takes place in old big oak vats, where the wine rests for another 4 months. Light red with purple glints, juice cherry aromas in the nose, red berries, soft and silky tannins, and fresh finish, this is one tasty addition. Serve lightly chilled

TOURAINE CABERNET FRANC

(France, Loire, Gaspard) One of the typical grapes of the area, the Cabernet Franc instantly entices you with its smooth tannins and dark fruit flavors mingled with spicy / earthy undertones. Grapes are destemmed and hand-sorted before being crushed and put into vats. The maceration then takes 5-6 weeks, with regular punchdowns, with indigenous yeast only. Once pressed, the juice spends around a year in concrete tanks
